Property was incredibly beautiful and absolutely great, we enjoyed this place.

The location was magnificent and perfect, just a short stroll away from a wee observatory. The staff were extremely friendly, efficient. The hotel room was good-sized and airy, had an additional bed and a lounge.

Its location was peaceful near to beach. I loved the room, it was good sized and tidy. The staff was helpful and attentive and the owner too.

Thank you for a really comfortable stay. It had all needed for wedding in New Plymouth. I enjoyed my room - neat and huge by the bedroom next to the roadway. The staff are polite and deserve a 3-star rating. The location is favourable and perfectly comfortable, 3 miles from Port Taranaki...

I booked a room with a comfy bed, complimentary wireless internet, a living area, and a lounge. Location: the hotel was near main shopping area and hundreds if great restaurants, and New Plymouth for a family celebration. The service was great during my stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. the location was fantastic, being close to everything - from the beach to pubs and restaurants. It was so convenient to explore all the sights in the area. Secondly, the service and staff were exceptional. The hosts, Tony and Maree, were warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make me feel at home. Additionally, the rooms were well-equipped with a full kitchen, allowing me to prepare meals easily. I also loved the fresh, crisp white sheets on the comfortable beds and the lovely private balcony where I enjoyed all my meals. Finally, the attention to detail was superb, with all the necessary amenities provided. From extra tea, coffee, and sugars to shampoo and body wash, they really thought of everything. And let me not forget to mention the delicious breakfast they offered. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, friendly staff, convenient location, and the overall attention given to guests.

The hotel's location was great as it was so close to the town and the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and cozy for a good night's sleep.

The hotel's facilities were outdated and not well maintained. The outdoor pool was not in use due to solar panels not working.

Have stayed there several times because of the centrality to what I want to do and there helpfulness. This timehad been booked a room up stairs and have difficulty with these so they were very obliging and gave me a very nice alternative which although it didn't have the bedroom and living room separate as I had indicated nevertheless was a larger sized bedsitter than the 2 room. I was not at the motel for long periods of time so that was fine with me. Manager always helpful and newspaper delivered.

Older but very tidy and comfortable. Owners were true pleasures to work with.

I had a fantastic stay at a motel in New Plymouth recently. The facilities for the kids were excellent, with two pools and a games room that kept them entertained for hours. The beds were also very firm, which made for a comfortable night's sleep. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus, and having a TV in the bedroom was a nice touch. I highly recommend this motel for a great weekend away.

It suited us as a family with primary aged children, we had fantastic service and the Motel was busy, however they still catered to our needs very well.

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped, friendly hosts, helpful staff, quiet location.

Nothing all excellent.
